strategies in place, hard work, dedication, planning and prayer, you can be
successful in launching your own business as an Adventists. In this blog post,
we will be sharing with you some three essential steps needed to start a
business from scratch.
Starting a new business or any other investment as a Christian requires some initials steps to be taken. Jesus advised that we take the necessary steps before doing anything:
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it - Lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, "This man began to build and was not able to finish?" or what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?(Luke 14:28-32 NKJV)."
So before starting your business, consider:

Researching your market is a critical part of any successful business. When you research your market, It allows you to understand your target audience, their needs and preferences. It also gives you a general idea about the competition in the market and other important factors that can help you make informed decisions. By researching your market, you can identify potential opportunities for growth, uncover potential risks and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Always remember that researching your market can be done with the help of others and do not forget God in this process.
2. Writing a business plan
Writing a business plan is a significant step in beginning a new business. It serves as a road map for the future of the business, providing direction and guidance on how to reach goals and objectives. A well-written business plan can help you secure financing for your business, attract investors, and provide clarity on your vision and mission. In this step too do not forget God’s direction in the process.
3. Finding financing
Finding financing for your business can be one of the most stressful aspects of starting a new business, but it doesn’t have to always be. Why? Because there are many options available for entrepreneurs looking to finance their ventures. So, with careful research and planning, you can find the right financing solution for your business and take the initial step towards success! Remember not to forget God’s direction.
